I am a mother , I am a life partner, I am an ex-wife, I am a daughter and I am a believer in an EASY and FREE LIFE full of JOY and LOVE.

Through my own life’s experiences - navigating personal loss, overcoming challenges, and embracing the lessons hidden in adversity - I’ve discovered the profound power of healing, self-love, and transformation.

My path has led me from the world of beauty as a specialist in gel nails, permanent make-up, and a business owner to becoming a dedicated coach, mentor, and practitioner of holistic methods like Access Bars and Breathwork NLP & Transformative Breathwork.

I believe that every challenge carries the seed of growth, and every person deserves to live a life filled with joy, purpose, with safety and freedom.
